What’s inside

This helps prevent hot spots and handles the stress of rapid heating and cooling cycles. And the R7s connector? It’s the industrial standard for a reason. It handles the current, makes a solid connection, and makes the whole thing easy to wire and swap out on the floor.
How it feels on the floor
On a PET blowing line, the preform heater has to do its job in a tight window. You need even heat, fast. An 800W halogen lamp brings that.
