Let’s talk about our 800W 220V Clear Infrared Halogen Lamp
If you need heat—and you need it now—this is the tool for the job. We designed these lamps for those moments where you can’t afford to sit around waiting for a heating element to slowly warm up. It’s direct, it’s intense, and it hits the target immediately. The power side of things At 800W and 220V, this thing packs a punch. Because it runs on 220V, you can usually plug it straight into your industrial grid. No messing around with bulky transformers or complicated wiring. The best part? The speed. You aren’t waiting minutes for things to get hot. We’re talking seconds. It just happens. Why the quartz and halogen matter You’ll notice the glass is crystal clear. That’s not just for looks. We use a halogen gas fill that basically “cleans” the tungsten filament as it works. Without that cycle, the glass would get cloudy, the heat wouldn’t get through, and the lamp would die way sooner. By keeping the quartz clear, the shortwave radiation just flies right through. Putting it to work (and a few warnings) These are great for curing plastics, drying stations, or keeping food warm. Since it’s a clear lamp, the heat goes exactly where you point it. But look, a word of caution: 800W in a small tube getsseriouslyhot. Give it some breathing room. If you cram it into a tight housing or push it too close to reflective shields without any airflow, the quartz can crack from the thermal shock. It’s a fragile balance. Also, do yourself a favor and check your contact points for any oxidation. A little bit of grime at the terminals can cause a voltage drop, and nobody wants that.
